The constitution of 1791 in France provided the right to vote to active citizens who were the men of 25 years or above who paid the taxes equal to three days wages of a labourer. And others were known as passive citizens.
The women were also not given the right to vote in the constitutional monarchy of France. Therefore women were disappointed by constitution of 1791 in France.
