hey mate , that are not white bubbles that r tha white substance which is actually saliva. it is also called forting at the mouth .

this happens because after a snake bite body loss it's consciousness and become numb and at that time tongue looses it's control and. can not keep saliva from drooling out from the snake bite victim mouth
