white lines are drawn between roads to separate the direction of vehicles..........

always vehicles maintain left to safe guard from accident..........

white line prevents entry of opposite vehicle............

Normally, single white line are provided on roads on curves. It indicates division of lanes. ... When two white lines are drawn  in middle  ofroad, it indicates that lane cutting for overtaking is prohibited till you are on the double line part of road.
