Answer:

white muscle fibre is meant for discontinuous  contractions so it requires less mitochondria but the contractions are harder hence require more Ca⁺ ions so it has more SER

White muscle fibres appeared white due to less amount of myoglobin.  White muscle fibres get fatigued soon because of less number of mitochondria and therefore it performs fast and strenuous work for short duration of time
