Why will I get less than 70% scholarship if I get 70% marks in ftre 2020 class 9 ??pls explain why less than 70%

First of all it totally depends on the scholarship you're enrolling yourself in...

As far as I know 9th marks doesn't matter much but there are exceptions and as I said it totally depends on type of scholarship. And obviously depends on your 10th and 12th marks. But you should maintain your marks and study hard so that you can at least get above 80%,

don't worry too much about 9th class rn just give your best.
