because aluminium an copper wires are a good conductors of current where as current does not flows through carbon and sulphur

Electricity is nothing but flow of electrons. Metals such as Al,Cu are good conductors of electricity due to the presence of free  electrons in them. On the other hand, non metals such as C,S do not possess such free electrons, and hence do not conduct electricity. Thus, Al, cu are used in manufacturing wires.
