No. Any element would not even really produced are discovered and were located in the lower end of the periodic table because the last last element was discovered and it was named as organised on and it was 118th element in the modern periodic table.

Answer:As we know that elements in the periodic table are placed in order of increasing atomic number .So that's why new element is placed in the lower end of periodic table. As all other places are already occupied.
