if photosynthesis will not be there then no plant can grow and if plants will not grow then we cannot get oxygen so life will not be possible on the earth in the absence of photosynthesis?

Because of photosynthesis, plants make food. That food is eaten by us to make energy. Without energy we can't do anything. That's why life would not be possible on the earth in the absence of photosynthesis.
