why would there be no life on earth without green plants

nehakumari: life could not exist on without trees because they produce most of oxygen that humans and wildlife breathe. Trees absorb co2 from the atmosphere and release o2 using the process of photosynthesis.

without no plants around us we cannot get food and in our daily basis plant food is there .
The amount of co2 can't be decreased.

All the green plants are the only source that converts light energy from the sun to chemical energy by the means of photosynthesis
Life would be impossible if these plants doesn't utilizes energy to split up water into oxygen and hydroxyl ions ..

then the oxygen is evolved as a byproduct which supports life

Therefore without green plants solar energy won't be utilized and life would be impossible on earth

Thank me if my answer helped you
