it is a reversible change as. the change when pulled comes back to it's own shape.

Answer:

  • Spring is made out of a straight wire that is Coiled helical form so as to act like an elastic.
  • So when a spring is pulled and left it tends to come back to the position in which it was stationed originally, hence pulling the spring can be called as a reversible change.
  • The pushing of the spring will have the same reaction as the pulling of it will have it will try to retain its original shape.
  • Hence it is used as shock absorber and also used  in places like the doors where constant stretching occurs.
  • To deform the spring back into its original straight wire form it has to undergo very high pressure and force.
