if any pwer is 1 means that thing is one time if 2 than that thing is 2 tim eg if 2 power 2 than 2*2 same way if 0 time than there is nothing

This is bcoz according to the law of exponent that is a power 0 is equal to one. So here in case of A here it is X so x power 0 is equal to 1.
