Why you feel light electrical shock by touching another person

because the moving electrons of that person' s body accelerates the electrons present in our body .

We feel light electric shock by touching another person, if the person is charged(here static electricity, by rubbing of things which exchanges electrons making the person charged and the object too) ,so when a person is quite charged and as human body conducts electricity so the other person gets a light electric shock.. That is the reason why a person is said not to touch a person who is working with electric components as if a electric shock is encountered by him the other person touching him will also get shock...but in normal case of static electricity no harm is normally faced by either of the person as the electricity so produced is quite low.
