Zayn Malik left One direction on March 25, 2015...
He left it because he wanted to build up a solo career for himself..
He wanted to make fame by becoming a solo artist..
He is now a songwriter and a solo singer, mainly known by the name 'Zayn'..
Recently, while promoting his new album, he said that One direction was never his type...All he said was that he was as a band in One direction...so he thought One direction music was 100% different from his type of music..So, he set off to make a solo career..
And left One direction..
I too love One direction!
