1. because 0 is considered as both positive and negative number.
2. atomic number is always considered as a number of proton in an atom because in an atom electrons can lose but Proton not.
3. because it acts by the centre. for example just like moon rotate around the earth.

1. Zero is nt a natural number because it is neither negative nor positive.
2. Atomic number is always the number of protons present in an atom because an atom can give or share the electrons present in the outer shell to staisfy its valency but protons cannot be shared or given.

3. The force causing acceleration and motion in circular path is known as centrepetal force. The answer to you question is that this force in centre seeking that is why it is named as centrepetal force. If there were no centre seeking force then the motion of the object would be in a rectlinear line.
