NO! it just can't.
people can claim throughout centuries, it will never happen. to travel through time you will need a speed thousand times more than light, and that ain't possible. it can never be possible. going back in time, will destroy most laws of physics, which people may claim the same as black holes....
black holes are interesting theories, time travels real fast there. laws of physics are broken. just an opinion, inside the black hole, it might feel like two minutes but in earth a generation might become history. so, time travel and fourth dimensions are linked with blackholes. you might think this is rubbish, and i do not contradict, even i dunno if time travelling can be possible in the black holes. but, they can never happen on earth!
