Animals like Tiger, Wolf and Leopard are known as Carnivores. They eat Herbivores which eat plants. And if there are no plants for herbivores to eat they may not survive then die and also if there are no herbivores the carnivores will starve and wont be able to survive. This is the reason animals like Tiger, Wolf and Leopard may not eat plants but cant survive if there are no plants as the indirectly depend on it through herbivores for their eating.
