Wild animals like tiger, wolf , lion and leopard do not eat plants .Does this mean that they can survive without leaves?

Wild animals like tiger,wolf,lion and leopard can not eat plants but this does not mean that they can survive without them.Forests provide them shelter which is as important as eating and the most important thing is that animals too breathe in oxygen which is released by plants.So plants are vital fr their survival even if they do not eat the

Wild animals like tiger and lion and Leopard do not eat plants because they are carnivorous animals I.e, animals which eat other living organisms. They are dependent on other organisms for their food.

But this doesn't mean that carnivorous animals are independent on plants. These animals are indirectly dependent on plants.Most of the organisms eaten by carnivores have plants as their food.That is they depend on plants for food and carnivores depend on them for food.In this way plants and carnivores are interrelated

Carnivores cannot survive without plants because they are the major source of food for organisms being eaten by them
