will 1kg sugar be more at poles or at the equator? explain. plz now

The value of g is larger  at the poles than at the equator. If the sugar is weighted in a physical balance then there will be no difference .If it is weighted by spring balance , calibration at the equator then 1kg of sugar will have a  lesser amount .            So at sugar is more on pole than equator
