Case 1 Vacuum:
Consider outer space.Any object in space has nearly negligible weight because of vacuum.
Case 2 Air:
Air is mixture of different gases due to which it has a significant weight .It exerts a force on an object in it.
Hence,a body will always weigh more in air than the vacuum.Hope you will understand it.
