Will a car move on a frictionless surface

no the car cannot move on a friction less surface because the tyre of the car and road should have some grip and for those purpose only they set gripness in some tyres so it can't move

It will not move it will slide. As due to frictionless surface there would be no interlocking surface for the tyres to move on such that there would be no tight contact between the surface and tyre such that it will not move but slide in an uncontrolled way.
