No, it won't show infinity motion in vacuum.
in vacuum, there is no air resistance but the mechanical friction within the fidget spinner is still there which ultimately will stop the motion.

and a motor needs a power soirce to operate. if you have a lower source which can give power to the motor indefinitely, then it can show infite motion.

in reality, infinite motion is not possible. You are talking about perpetual motion. Search in google about it if you want to know more

for my this answer just now i got the answer the it won't as its mechanical friction between the bearing will stop its motion. But then even thanx for showing interest in it.
