The quadrant is 4th quadrant that's why tan is negative but sec will be positive
tan square theta=16/9
sec square theta-tan square theta=1
therefore sec square theta=1+16/9=25/9
sec theta=5/3
3sec+5tan=5-4=1
tan square theta=16/9
sec square theta-tan square theta=1
therefore sec square theta=1+16/9=25/9
sec theta=5/3
3sec+5tan=5-4=1

Sec(theta) =5/3
Tan(theta)=-4/3
3sec(thets)+5tan(theta)=3(5/3)+5(-4/3)=-5/3
Tan(theta)=-4/3
3sec(thets)+5tan(theta)=3(5/3)+5(-4/3)=-5/3
