order letters are written to assign orders for goods or items.they are written in a very well formatted and specific manner.they r quite common and r written on a daily basis. the language of the letter is very formal ,u should be very careful to impart complete and accurate information,because incomplete information results in delayed deliveries.moreover,these letters are to be written to the point only.You dont need to add any extra information.
