no i don't think that only by changing the leader democracy will strengthen

but ya If the new leader is really there for some good work then the democracy can strengthen

but remember good leader will do something that might not seem good to you but he did that to help you in the future and not always his decision will seem wrong to you if all his decisions seems wrong then he is not a good leader
