Will current flow more easily though a think wire or thin wire of the same material, when connected to the same source? why?

The current will flow more easily when thicker wire is used. As resistance offered by the thick wire is less than that offered by the thin wire because R (resistance) = p (rho). l (length) / A (area of cross-section or thickness of wire).
So as you can see if area of cross-section ( or thickness) of wire increases, resistance decreases and more current flows through it.
