will current flow more easily through a thick wire or thin wire of same material when connected to same sources ? why?

current flows more easily through a thick wire.

The resistance is proportional to the length and inversely proportional to the area of cross section.  So thicker wire has less resistance.  So more current in that wire.   Same source means same emf / potential ..
