Will examiner award marks in 10th cbse exam for writing an answer with pencil although it is correct?

Answer:

I am sorry to say, CBSE instructs the students to give their boards in blue ball pen or gel pen. only diagrams should be drawn with pencil. any answer written with pencil is not evaluated
