No geographical isolation be a major factor in the specialisation of an organism that reproduce asexual :--

Some unicellular organism like amoeba who make cyst cell in unfavorable condition and reproduce when it rupture .so in as some cases it depends.

most of the organism re produce asexual doesn't depend on geographical isolation because in its reproduction the surrounding environment doesn't played any role .
