No, geographical isolation will not be the major factor in the speciation of asexually reproducing organisms.

This is because there is no exchange of genetic material with the other species in such organisms. They pass on the parent DNA to the offspring which leaves no chance of speciation.

Geographical isolation is one of the major factors which result in the speciation in a sexually reproducing organism ..

but since,in a asexually reproducing organism there will be no transformation in genes so,no change will be occuring..
