No heat won't transfer, since when two bodies have the same temperature there is no loss of heat or gain.

You would have noticed people storing cool drinks in a bucket full of ice cubes and then after sometime you will notice the icecubes would have melted this is because the icecubes absorb the heat from the cool drinks and make the cool drinks cool till both the cool drinks attain the same temperature as that of the liquid ice cubes. This is due to the temperature difference between the two.
