Dear Students

Kindly go through the guidelines for the activity (English Declamation) which will be conducted on the occassion of ‘The World Population Day’ tomorrow:

1. The Declamation will take place during the English class itself hence please don’t record a video unless asked by your teacher.

2. You need to speak for not more than 2 minutes so please don’t prepare long speeches.

3. It’s advisable to memorise the write up as it will be great if you can present your Declamation without reading it from a paper.

4. Watch out for fluency and pronunciation errors and try and practice enough before presenting it in the class tomorrow.

5. It is mandatory for all the students to participate in this and the attendance is compulsory.

Note: This is just an activity and not a competition so there will not be any winners declared in the same however, the students presenting extremely impressive Declamations can be asked to record a video and share it with their class teacher if required.
