The three branches of Government :

1) Central Government is adopted in such a way that it cannot interfere in the system of judiciary .

2) State Government is adopted to solve the Problems of the people of state .The constitution says that the state government must enforce some laws for the development of their state.

3)Local government is for a urban or rural area and the constitution says that the village punchayat is being selected by villagers only .
Example : The constitution says that all the people has the right to elect and select their representative.
