The conductor of the NEET exam, that is, the Agency of National Testing, NTA has not yet declared whether 2020 NEET will be held in February or not.
If the agency does not declare about it before November month in the year 2019 in their official website, then NEET 2020 entrance test will be held only once in the month of May. So it is suggested to have a regular check on the updates available on the website of NTA.
