After multiple requests from students, educationists, parents, NEET 2020 got postponed twice and the exam will now take place on September 13, 2020. NEET exam has been postponed twice due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and rise in the name of cases. According to the reports and the data, India may witness a spike in the coming months and there is doubt among the students and parents whether NEET 2020 which is scheduled in September will take place or will be postponed again. Many education experts are of the view that postponing the exam again might not be possible and the exam may be cancelled if the number of cases does not decline.
As of now, all state exams have been postponed. Some of the state-level entrance exams which were to take place in August have been called off and no new dates have been released yet.
