You would be really curious about the paper.
You can check the syllabus that was provided to you and yup, in the exam, anything can come or pop out so be ready for everything.

Most probably the questions will be asked are:-
Editing/Omission.
Gap Filling
Rearranging the sentences.
However, it cannot be said if reported speech will be asked because it is there in some sample papers.
But the chances of it coming are very less !
