Answer:

Yes, the diet of a construction laborer will differ from that of an office worker.

CONSTRUCTION WORKER:

A Construction worker needs a lot of energy to work. And has tediously heavy and painful tasks. To handle this, the body needs a lot of energy. So a Construction worker usually has his/her diet composed of a lot of Carbohydrates. It might also consist of Fats as Fats produce more energy than Carbohydrates do, but Carbohydrates are digested faster and are more healthy than the consumption of fats. Also, the Oxygen consumed and Carbon DIoxide released after breaking down of Carbohydrates is the same.

OFFICE WORKER :

An Office worker can have the usual diet of a normal person, but he should stay more healthy mentally than physically. He/She might also drink Coffee to boost their work time and work enthusiasm. It may be healthy for the short run, but it undermines their mental health in the long run.

SO THE MAIN DIFFERENCE HERE IS IN THE FACT OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND AMOUNT OF PHYSICAL LABOUR DONE.

Hope it Helps,
