yes if some religious group says that their religion allows them to practice infant dies then the state will definitely intervene to stop the the misuse of cultural and educational rights. and the group would be punished by the law as our constitution gives power to state to intervene when social groups misuse their rights.

and also in such condition the right to life right of the Infant is violated so the people who do such type of things would be punished
