Will the information from a newspaper report and a police report on a particular incident would be different or the same? How do you think a historian will be able to reconstruct the past based on these different information?

I don't think so because the news writers don't want their report to be dull and boring they add some more to it to make it interesting and not like the boating police report..

A historian would collect all data and entry it in a clear way..
