no mass doesn't changes any where but wieght changes

no it will not be the same as the gravitational pull of each planet is different of other..so it will affect the weight

Mass is always the same no matter what gravity environment.
Weight is the gravity multiplied by mass so as the gravity changes the weight changes.
So on Mars and Earth the same item will have the same mass but weight will be different
