First of all, Let us understand what is unemployment.

It is a situation when a person is willing to work but not getting job.

UNEMPLOYMENT IN INDIA

According to a survey Unemployment rate in India is about 3.46%.

There are many people in India who have higher skills and abilities but they are not getting job due to the lack of vacancies.

WHY IS THERE LACK OF VACANCIES?

1. There is a lack of vacancies in many sector of India as the no. of people applying for a particular job is more than required. Thus they end up being unemployed. Eg- Engeeniring.

2. Lack of more Industries compared to huge population of our country.

HOW IT CAN BE SOLVED?

The govt. of India is emphasising a lot on 'MAKE IN INDIA' movement. This movement is important for decreasing India's Unemployment.

1. Many Indians leave their country in order to get desired jobs. This affects our Human resource and economy.

2. Many are unemployed due to the lack of vacancies.

Above two factors can only be terminated by setting more and more Industries in India.
Industries will provide employment to a large sector of Indian population (I.e Youth). Thus decreasing the rate of unemployment in our country.
