Will the seeds from tall plants always produce new tall plants? Why/ why not?

Situation 2. When Tt(tall plant ) is crossed with tt(dwarf plant), only 50% of plants will be tall,other 50% will be dwarf. ... So by seeing 2nd and 3rd situations, we can say,SO, SEEDS OF TALL PLANTS WILL NOT ALWAYS PRODUCE TALL PLANTS......

No, seeds from the tall plants always produce new tall plants... Because it depends upon the dominant and recessive character ( mendels experiment) for example the attachment.
