Will the size of neuron/RBC vary for a mouse and an elephant ? Why or why not ?

No, it is not that every cell of an elephant be larger than cells in a rat. However, the total number of cells in an elephant is greater than that in a rat. The size of cells in both the animals are same. Only number of cells differ.
