Will the War of 1812 ever happen again?

There were two wars during that time. 
Americans fought against the British to drive them away and freeing America from the control and ruling of British.  Americans fought on the trade restrictions that the British brought on them and in addition to other reasons.

Such a possibility does not exist now between USA and UK.

there was also a war between France and Russia during 1812.  Now France does not fight wars. So there is no possibility of such wars..

However such a war between a colony of one of the super powers and the super power is still possible.  China is controlling Tibet and Tibet is fighting for independence totally from china.
