However, in similar environments, like one brother lives in the right side of the Sahara and the other one is at the left, they can be more similar.
I'm taking the "brothers" statement as not identical or fraternal twins, so.....
Also, if one was raised in Egypt and the other one in the Amazon, those two brothers would match their environments and be vastly different.
