No it wont and it has 2 reasons
The first is that what you're seeing as a "shadow" is not really so in the normal sense of the word. Water refracts light which causes it to change direction which give the illusion of shadows.
The other reason is that while H2O, which is the chemical structure of water is transparent, most water is not purely water. For example, if you're looking at ocean water it is salt water, and salt is not transparent. Of course, there are tons of things in water beyond just salt, which is why some water is not transparent, like a river after a heavy rain. In these types of cases the water is not casting a shadow it is what is saturated in the water that casts the shadow.
