Explanation:

When we eat the food, the food is digested into simple and further digestible compounds of glucose. These glucose molecules are broken by the cells (more precisely the mitochondria) into the 'energy currency' called Adenosine Tri-Phosphate (ATP). But even if you try your best, you won't be able to get the original food back. You might vomit, but the vomit is actually partially digested food which can't be digested further and needs to get out (and fyi, it also contains stomach acid). So you can't get the food back.

But on the other hand, if you were to really precisely get every ATP molecule you digested and reverse engineer it back using a bunch of combo reactions, you might get the entire food back (sadly your stomach will not remain full at the same time).

But practically speaking, that's outta question.
