Although milk is called complete food, we can't remain healthy by only drinking milk. To remain healthy, we have to get all nutrients in our diet. Milk has almost all nutrients (calcium, phosphorous etc.) but it lacks some nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin B6 etc. in the amount necessary. Therefore to remain healthy we have to add all the required nutrients in our diet.Milk alone is not enough enough.

It can be said to be true because milk contains all nutrition and nutrients but we should also eat vegetables and fruits in way to became healthy as milk don't contain nutrients like vitamin C.
So it's necessary for all humans to have proper meal to stay healthy
