1)The poet urges the wind to come softly , and not to break the shutters of the windows, not to scatter the papers , and not to throw the books off the shelves.

2)The wind is a violent element of nature. It is gonna hurt you if you are not strong enough , but if you are strong , it's going to support you.Even though the poet urges the wind not to scatter things around , the wind doesn't listen to him and does what it wishes to do....
