-It is user friendly because it gives a user "pop up's that alert users about warnings and advice, etc". The language is of warm tone, for the liking of the user and is easy to understand.

-There are less blue screen cryptic messages shown. This is done so that the user does not panic. There are often problems the user does not understand and windows allows the user to do "trouble shoot problems" and solve them.

-It is multitasking because it can control various functions at one time. You have facility to do editing through software, edit pictures at the same time, as you listen to music on youtube.
