18/(18y-y²) = 1/4

therefore: (-y²) + 18y= 72

(y²) - 18y +72=0

(y²) - 12y - 6y +72=0

y(y-12) - 6(y-12)=0

(y-12) (y-6) = 0

y-12=0, y-6=0

so,   y= 12, y= 6
